The Calendar is the home screen of Teddy. It's the first thing you see when you sign in, and it's where most of your day happens. Every appointment, every groomer, every pet — all laid out in one place.
This article walks you through what you're looking at. The next articles cover actually doing things (booking, editing, rescheduling, and so on).

From top to bottom:
The top bar. Hamburger menu (to move between sections), the + button (to create something new), the notification bell, and your profile picture.
Today / date navigation. Tap Today to jump back to today at any time. The < and > arrows move you one day (or one week, depending on your view). The date shown in the middle is the day you're currently looking at — tap it to pick any date from a calendar picker.
The controls row. Three things live here:
Settings gear — a shortcut to your main Settings page. Tap this when you need to change your hours, services, or staff.
Staff — filter the calendar by groomer. The number shows how many staff are visible.
Day — the view selector. Switch between Day, Week, Month, and List.
The grid itself. One column per staff member (based on what you've picked in the Staff filter). Each column shows that groomer's name and a quick count — e.g., "2 appt, 2 pet" — so you can see at a glance how busy they are.
Appointment blocks. Each block shows the time, the pet and client name, and the service. The border color tells you the status (more on that in Appointment statuses).
Tap the Day button to switch between four views:
Day — one day at a time, one column per groomer. Best on mobile.
Week — a full week across the top with groomers as columns underneath. Great for planning.
Month — a high-level overview. Useful for spotting patterns or finding open days.
List — a flat list of appointments instead of a grid. Useful when the grid gets crowded or you just want to read through upcoming work.
Pick whichever view works for you — Teddy remembers your choice.
Tap Staff to choose which groomers to show on the calendar. Check or uncheck All Staff, or pick and choose individual groomers one at a time.
If you're a solo groomer, you'll just see yourself here and there's nothing to filter. If you have a team, this is how you focus on just one person's day, or hide staff who are off.
At the top of each staff column, you'll see something like "2 appt, 2 pet." That's the daily total for that groomer:
appt — how many appointments are on their schedule today
pet — how many pets are included across those appointments (an appointment can have more than one pet)
It's a quick way to see at a glance who's slammed and who has room.
