Pipeline is your inbox for everything trying to get onto your schedule. If the Calendar is where confirmed appointments live, Pipeline is where requests and opt-ins line up waiting for your decision.
Open it from the sidebar under MANAGEMENT → Pipeline. The URL is /pipeline, and the sidebar shows an unread count next to the label whenever there are items that need your attention.
At the top of the page are three tabs:
Online Booking Requests — appointments clients have requested through your online booking page. These are the ones that need a Schedule / Decline decision from you. The tab shows a count, like "Online Booking Requests 14."
Intake Form Submissions — filled-out intake forms from new or existing clients. Teddy auto-adds the submitter as a client when the form comes in, and this tab is where you see what was filled out.
Waitlist — clients waiting for a slot to open up. When a cancellation happens, this is where you find who to pull in.
Each tab is its own article in this collection — see below.
Think of it this way:
The Calendar shows appointments that are locked in — they're on the books, the staff knows they're coming, and Teddy is sending confirmations and reminders.
The Pipeline shows everything that hasn't made it to the Calendar yet. A client filled out a request but you haven't approved it. A client's on the waitlist but you haven't found them a slot. A new client filled out an intake form but you haven't called them back.
Most days you'll open Pipeline first, clear out anything in Online Booking Requests, glance at new intake forms, and check whether any waitlist entries can be moved over. Then you'll spend the rest of your day in the Calendar.
Pipeline is one of the sidebar items Teddy puts a notification count on. If you see a blue badge next to the word "Pipeline" in your sidebar, that number is the count of unread or unactioned items across all three tabs. Make it a habit to clear the badge at the start and end of every day — a growing Pipeline number means clients are waiting on you.
