The second tab on the Pipeline page is Intake Form Submissions. Whenever a client fills out one of the intake forms you've configured, their submission shows up here.
Each submission is a card with the following fields:
Form Info — the name of the form (e.g., "Intake Form - New Clients - 2025") plus the date and time it was submitted
Client Information — the client's name and phone number
Pet Information — one line per pet: pet name, type, and breed
Actions — a status indicator
Here's the important thing: Teddy automatically creates a client record (and a record for each pet) the moment a form is submitted. You don't have to do anything to "import" the data.
That's why the Actions column on every row says Added As Client — the client is already in your Clients & Pets list with everything the form captured. If you want to see their detail page, go to Clients & Pets and search for their name.
Because intake data is auto-imported, you might wonder what this tab is even for. Two reasons:
You can see the original submission. If a client disputes something ("I didn't say she had allergies"), you can come back here and see exactly what was typed into the form.
You know when new forms come in. If you've shared an intake form link with new clients, this tab is where you notice they've filled it out. That's your cue to text them and book their first appointment.
Every intake form has a name you set up in the Intake Forms section. That name shows up in Pipeline as the Form Info header, so if you're running a few different forms (one for new clients, one for returning clients, one for a specific service), you can tell at a glance which one was filled out.
If something about the imported client or pet needs to change — a typo in the name, a wrong phone number — you edit it the same way you'd edit any client: go to Clients & Pets, open the client, and use the Edit Information button. See Editing client info and managing pets.
Like the other Pipeline tabs, the Intake Form Submissions table has a page-size dropdown (10 / 20 / 50) and Previous/Next buttons at the bottom.
Tip: If you send your intake form link to a new client by text, keep this tab open while you wait. As soon as their submission appears, you'll know they're ready to be booked — and tapping their name takes you right to their new client record.
