Teddy lives at app.tryteddy.com. Type that into your phone's browser any time and you're there. (Bookmark it so you don't have to type.)
Once you sign in, Teddy remembers you — so you usually won't have to log in again every time.
This is the one thing we really suggest. When Teddy is on your home screen, you tap an icon and you're in. No browser, no typing.
Open Safari and go to app.tryteddy.com.
Sign in if you haven't already.
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the square with the arrow pointing up).
Scroll down in the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
You'll see a preview — the Teddy logo and the name "Teddy." Tap Add in the top-right corner.
That's it. You'll now have a Teddy icon on your home screen, just like any other app.
Open Chrome and go to app.tryteddy.com.
Sign in if you haven't already.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right of Chrome.
Tap Add to Home screen (on some phones it's Install app).
Confirm the name and tap Add.
When you use the home-screen icon, Teddy opens in its own window without Chrome or Safari's address bar getting in the way. It feels like a real app. It's faster. And you're less likely to accidentally close the tab.
You can absolutely just bookmark app.tryteddy.com in your browser. That works fine too. The home-screen icon is just one less step.
Teddy also works great on a laptop or desktop — same URL, same login, same features. A lot of people use their phone during the day and switch to a computer for bigger tasks like running reports or updating services. You never have to pick one or the other.
