Open Teddy at app.tryteddy.com.
Enter the email address you used when you signed up.
Enter your password.
Tap Sign in.
That's it. You'll land on your Calendar, which is the home screen of Teddy.
Teddy remembers you on the device and browser you signed in with. You shouldn't have to sign in again every time you open the app — unless you sign out on purpose or clear your browser data.
If you added Teddy to your home screen (see Using Teddy on your phone), your sign-in sticks there too.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the steps. You'll get an email with a link to reset it.
If you don't see the email within a minute or two, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Text us and we'll sort it out.
A few things to try:
Double-check your email address. Make sure there's no typo and no extra space at the end.
Check your caps lock. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Try the "Forgot password?" link to set a new one.
Restart your phone if Teddy seems frozen or won't load. It clears up most weird issues.
If none of that works, text us. We can usually get you back in within minutes.
You probably won't need to log out often, but if you're handing your phone to someone or switching accounts:
Tap your profile picture in the top-right of any screen.
Tap Logout.
You'll also see a few other options in that menu — Account (your account info), Switch Location (takes you back to the sign-in screen so you can log in with the credentials for another shop), and Billing (your Teddy subscription).
